Seacliff on the Greens (CA): A Lifetime of Memories!

Seacliff on the Greens (CA): A Lifetime of Memories!

We are so very proud to have been a part of this charming California beach home for so many years.  Together with our dear friend and client Diana we made many design and construction decisions, remodeled a kitchen and 3 bathrooms,  went on numerous home furnishing shopping trips (Vegas, baby!), moved furniture around (a lot), painted and repainted, sipped a good amount of wine and made a lifetime of memories! Homes are meant to be lived in and shared with our family and friends.  This exuberant home recently sold…so bittersweet.

The listing agent, Bill Cuppy at Realty One Group West, summarized it perfectly:

This awesome home is located in a premier gated community in Huntington Beach, California.  A true designers gem done by the renowned firm of RDK Design and Build. From the moment you gaze onto the herringbone patterned natural brick patio you will recognize true craftsmanship. Entering into your private oasis through the front door you’re greeted by gorgeous, distressed hardwood floors and soaring ceilings. Soft, pastel colors are highlighted by the incredible natural sunlight flooding in from the floor to ceiling windows. A beautiful fireplace provides the perfect ambiance for the cool ocean breezes in the evening. Formal dining overlooks this respite from the bustle of everyday life. Large, bright and modern gourmet kitchen is fully outfitted with the latest stainless appliances and features tons of cabinet space, granite counters and yes, those hardwood floors extend through into the adjoining family room with balcony overlooking your courtyard garage entry. Driving into the over sized direct access two car garage you’ll notice the extensive storage cabinetry and discover a fully finished area for additional storage, a workshop or let your imagination run wild. Upstairs you will find the two immaculate guest bedrooms (one with private balcony), a full guest bath, laundry room, and a spectacular master suite. Cathedral ceilings enhance the massive space that opens onto another, private patio. You’ll have to see the bath for yourself. All of this very near to the beach, Pier, shopping, dining and entertainment.
